Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at ShoeShop.ee. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it under the conditions set out below.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to return products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by legal entities (business customers).
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:

Unused, or used only to the extent necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and fit of the product, as would be permitted in a physical retail store;

Undamaged;

Returned in their original packaging;

Accompanied by all original labels, tags, and accessories.
When trying on footwear, we recommend using the shoes only indoors on a clean surface.
If the returned product shows signs of use or its value has diminished beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, Proshoe OÜ reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please send a notice of withdrawal in free form to:
Products may be returned in one of the following ways:

Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless:

The product delivered does not correspond to the order;

The product is defective; or
-
The return is required due to an error made by Proshoe OÜ.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, all amounts paid under the purchase agreement, including the cost of standard delivery, will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice.
Proshoe OÜ may withhold the refund until:

The returned goods have been received; or
-
The customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Size Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you may:

Visit any ShoeShop store with the product, original packaging, and proof of purchase; or

Contact us at info@shoeshop.ee.
If the requested size is available, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product as soon as possible.
Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for return where this is prohibited by applicable law.
