Terms and Conditions of Sale

The owner of the ShoeShop.ee online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is Proshoe OÜ (registration number 12894089), Uus-Tatari tn 21-20, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia.
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Online Store.
By placing an order in the Online Store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Prices
All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Delivery charges may be added to the order and will be displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.
Product information is provided alongside each product. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart, provide the required information, and select a preferred delivery and payment method.
Payments are processed through Montonio.
The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been successfully received.
If an ordered product cannot be delivered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded no later than 14 days from notification.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered within Estonia and to countries within the European Union.
Available delivery methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery is carried out through Montonio in cooperation with various logistics partners.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through the Online Store within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

6. Right to Submit Claims
Proshoe OÜ is liable for any non-conformity or defect that existed at the time the goods were delivered and that becomes apparent within two years from the date of receipt.
If a defect becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.
In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to contact Proshoe OÜ within a reasonable period by emailing:
Proshoe OÜ is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the customer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has a defect for which Proshoe OÜ is responsible, we will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, all fees related to the purchase agreement will be refunded.
Manufacturing Defects
Consumers have the statutory right to submit claims regarding manufacturing defects in footwear and accessories for a period of two years from receiving the goods.

and provide a description of the issue. Where necessary, we may request that the product be sent for inspection or brought to a ShoeShop store.
Claims will be reviewed as soon as possible, and we generally provide a response within 14 business days.
What Is Not Considered a Manufacturing Defect
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use;

Wear of insoles and shoelaces;

Damage caused by improper use;

Damage caused by unsuitable storage or usage conditions;

Mechanical damage.
7. Gift Cards
ShoeShop gift cards are valid in all ShoeShop stores and in the ShoeShop.ee online store.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference may be paid using another payment method.
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or destroyed gift cards are generally not replaced.
8. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Online Store's Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The Online Store shall not be liable for damage caused by improper use or storage of products by the customer.
The Online Store shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Dispute Resolution
If the customer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should first contact us by email:
If the customer and the Online Store are unable to reach an agreement, the customer has the right to submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Online Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Any amendments will be published on the website and will enter into force upon publication.
